Terrell Adopt a Classroom

The purpose of the Adopt-A-Classroom project is to provide all classroom teachers in Terrell ISD with necessary supplies for their students. FCC has participated in this community/school partnership for several years, and we are pleased to be a part of this project again this year.

One of our committee members make the contact with the school personnel who oversees the program. Funds are sent to TISD through The Share Center. A sign with our church name will be posted on the classroom door to annouce our donation.

Dr. Nicole Mansell, Chief of Communications at Terrell Independent School District, accepted a donation for the Teacher Classroom Shop from First Christian Church. Delivering the check was Sherry Skelton of FCC Outreach Committee.  FCC is pleased to partner with the district in support of all our teachers and students
